As the Revenue and Marketing Operations Analyst and HubSpot Admin at Lytho, you will report to our VP of Sales and be responsible for the systems’ configuration and maintenance. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will help them get the most out of HubSpot’s capabilities to support sales and marketing operations and troubleshoot user/system issues as they arise. This dual-role position will be responsible for aligning marketing, sales, and customer success operations to drive efficiency, revenue growth, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HubSpot administration, marketing automation, CRM, and pipeline/revenue analytics. If you have an in-depth knowledge of HubSpot, a desire to play an important role in sales and marketing, and strong communication skills then you just might be the Lythonian we are looking for!

What you’ll do here:
Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key revenue and operational metrics.

Work with sales leadership to optimize pipeline management, forecasting, and sales processes.

Work with marketing leadership to execute marketing automation workflows within HubSpot to nurture leads, trigger personalized communications, and streamline campaign delivery across multiple channels.

Automate and improve lead routing, assignment, and tracking processes to ensure efficient follow-ups.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure proper tracking of revenue and forecasting accuracy.

Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels within HubSpot.

Design and implement custom properties, fields, and data structures to align with business needs.

Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics.

Ensure data quality by identifying and resolving duplicate records, cleaning up outdated information and implementing data validation rules to maintain accuracy within the CRM.

Develop data import and export processes to integrate with other systems.

Troubleshoot user issues and answer questions regarding the platform and develop user guides and documentation for best practices within HubSpot.

Connect HubSpot with other business applications and tools through integrations and manage API keys and access to ensure data synchronization between systems.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within HubSpot to identify areas for improvement.

Analyze user behavior and data trends to refine workflows and automation strategies and propose and implement changes to optimize HubSpot usage across the organization.

Provide ongoing cross departmental training to increase effective use HubSpot features.

What we’re looking for:
3+ years’ of relevant and hands on experience with HubSpot in a sales or marketing operations role.

Strong understanding of HubSpot platform features, including CRM, marketing automation, sales tools, and reporting capabilities (HubSpot certification a plus).

Hands-on experience with lead scoring, automation workflows, and CRM integrations.

Knowledge of marketing attribution models, lead lifecycle tracking, and pipeline optimization.

Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and use insights to inform decision-making.

Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively train users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions to complex problems within the HubSpot platform.

Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including implementation of new features and system updates.
