This position is essential for spearheading our client’s expansion into the educational sector, specifically supporting their new college institution client. The Creative Social Media Specialist will establish effective social media frameworks and best practices that will not only serve current educational clients but also create scalable processes for future client onboarding. This role represents a key investment in building the agency’s social media marketing capabilities and establishing proven methodologies for client success.
The Impact you’ll make
Content Creation
Create engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Design and edit graphics using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
Produce and edit video content for various platforms
Platform Management
Manage and optimize social media accounts
Monitor and maintain a consistent brand voice
Engage with an audience and respond to inquiries
Client Support
Support educational institution client onboarding
Establish social media frameworks for future clients
Handle professional email communications
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
Proven track record in social media management
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop
Experience with video content creation
Strong portfolio of social media work
Excellent English communication skills
Experience with educational or institutional clients preferred
WFH Set-Up:
Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
Back-up computer and internet connection
Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
