Position Mission

As the Performance Creative Strategist at Viasox, your core mission is to drive customer acquisition throughinnovative, data-driven creative strategies. You will be pivotal in ideating, scripting, and executing high-performing direct response video & static ads tailored for Meta Platforms and emerging digital channels such as Applovin. This role bridges creative production and performance marketing, ensuring that each campaign resonates with our audience while meeting and exceeding key metrics.

Key Criteria / Requirements

Direct Response Expertise:
Minimum of 3 years in video & static advertising with a strong grasp of direct response marketing principles. Experience with Meta Platforms is required.

Creative & Analytical Mindset:
Ability to generate fresh ideas, write scripts, shot listing, and makedata-driven decisionsbased on ad performance.

Trend Awareness:
Familiarity with current trends in digital marketing, ad formats, and audience behaviours to create ads that resonate and convert.

Collaboration:
Proven experience working withcross-functional teams, including video editors, graphic designers, and performance marketers.

Tools & Metrics:
Proficiency in performance analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Motion, pitch decks, and spreadsheets to present ideas and campaign outcomes effectively.

Problem Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot underperforming static & video ads and iterate quickly to optimize results.

Attention to Detail:
High standards for quality and accuracy in every aspect of ad production.

Accountabilities

Brainstorm and pitch weekly ad ideas aligned with direct response principles.

Write 2–4 high-converting ad scripts per week for Meta Platforms

Come up with static ad ideas on a weekly basis

Analyze internal avatar psychology studies and apply concepts to creative strategy

Analyze performance metrics to derive actionable insights for future campaigns.

Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure ads are visually compelling and on-brand.

Adapt ad strategies to capitalize on emerging internet trends and consumer behaviors.

Present performance analyses and creative strategies to the marketing team via Google Sheets/Motion and pitch decks.

Continuously refine ad concepts and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

Salary Expectation

CAD 85,000–95,000 + Variable Performance Bonus Structure based on experience and expertise.
