Requirements:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges related to CRM functionality, sales processes, customer service workflows, and marketing automation.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and CRM capabilities.
Configure and customize CRM platforms to meet client-specific needs without requiring extensive custom development.
Set up user interfaces, dashboards, reports, workflows, and automations based on business requirements.
Oversee data migration, ensuring that client data is accurately and securely transferred to the CRM system.
Lead or participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the CRM system meets both functional and technical requirements.
Monitor and maintain automations post-implementation, resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.
Provide functional and technical training to clients’ internal teams, ensuring they understand how to use and manage the CRM system effectively.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working as a CRM Functional or Technical Consultant.
Familiarity with both functional and technical aspects of CRM systems, including reporting, workflow automation, and system integrations.
Strong analytical skills to identify problems, gather and analyze data, and formulate effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-departmental teams and end-users with diverse backgrounds.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with the Weaver CRM platform is considered an advantage.
