What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing end-to-end CRM campaigns—planning, execution & analysis. Developing targeted customer communications via email, SMS, app push & direct mail. ️ Using Klaviyo (or similar CMPs) to segment audiences & optimise automation. Analysing performance & customer insights to drive engagement & retention. Collaborating across teams to craft engaging, on-brand messaging.
What We’re Looking For:
️ 2+ years CRM experience in e-commerce or retail. ️
Hands-on experience
with Klaviyo or similar platforms. ️ Strong understanding of CRM KPIs & strategy. ️ Excellent
communication
& writing skills. ️ Ability to manage multiple campaigns & deadlines. ️ Self-motivated, adaptable & excited by a
fast-paced environment
