About the Role –
Are you an experienced Email Marketing / CRM Executive looking for a new client-side role based 2 days a week in London?
Are you a creative and analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-moving environment?
We’re looking for a CRM Executive to help shape customer engagement and retention strategies for one of our lovely clients. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving media company, based in London (with hybrid working) as a CRM Executive in a role where there is plenty of opportunity for training and progression.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate and project manage CRM campaigns from start to finish
Work closely internal and external parties including marketing agencies
Monitor email performance
Use personalisation and dynamic content to boost engagement
Analyse data to drive smarter marketing decisions
Required Skills
Experience in CRM / email marketing
Excellent project management skills
Someone who likes to work in a fast-paced environment and who has excellent communication skills – you will be managing lots of internal stakeholders and a marketing agency
A sharp eye for detail and ability to multitask
An interest in football may make this role even more appealing
Pay range and compensation package – The salary for this role is to £35K and requires 3 days a week in the lovely London office. Strong benefits include a generous pension scheme and private medical insurance
