About The Role

We’re hiring a strategic, technically fluent Content Marketing Lead to produce content that fuels pipeline, supports sales, and reinforces Oleria’s leadership position in the evolving identity security space.
This role bridges brand and demand marketing with content creation—developing persona-specific assets that align to the buyer journey and elevate Oleria’s unique value through High-Value Identity Intelligence (HVII) content.
What You’ll do
Translate identity risks and emerging threats into targeted, persuasive narratives that underpin campaigns, educate buyers, and drive measurable engagement
Turn technical capabilities into clear, compelling written and interactive content pieces across all funnel stages
Create content aligned to specific personas—CISOs, IAM leaders, security and governance practitioners—across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU
Own content development across key pillars: demand campaigns, connector integrations (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce), trust content, and HVII
Collaborate with product marketing, SMEs, and vendors to develop:
Campaign assets: webinars, landing pages, ROI tools, ad copy and solution briefs
Sales enablement materials: battlecards, technical explainers
SEO-informed blog posts and educational content
Use insights from search data, buyer research (e.g. Wynter), and sales feedback to optimize content strategy
Lead development of HVII assets like threat trend reports, compliance frameworks, breach simulations, and podcasts
Work with product marketing utilizing story telling to craft compelling narratives that bridge the gap between technical product features, market trends and customer value
Guide social media strategy, craft and approve social content in partnership with agency
Leverage AI – and know when to augment it to deliver what AI can’t – to aid in effective ideation and content creation
Partner with demand gen and digital to map content to campaign BOMs and channel strategies
Track content performance and connect it to pipeline impact and engagement metrics
Job Requirements
7+ years in B2B content marketing, ideally in identity related cybersecurity or SaaS
Proven ability to write content for technical audiences across the full buyer journey with writing samples to share
Strength in writing for both executives and SMEs—balancing clarity, insight, and precision
Collaborative mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally with product marketing, demand gen, and sales
Strong grasp of SEO, generative AI’s impact on search, and information-first marketing, with the ability to adapt content for GenAI discovery and dark social reach
Experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot) a must
Preferred Experience: Experience with tools like Wynter, TapClicks, Consensus, and assessment platforms like Pointerpro.
What We Offer
Industry-competitive compensation
100% paid medical, dental, and vision for individuals + generous dependent coverage
Company-paid life, short- and long-term disability insurance
12 weeks fully paid parental leave for all parents
Flexible PTO policy
13 paid U.S. holidays
Salary range offered for this role is $120k to $160k and is based on experience.
