data-driven decision-making

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a robust CRM strategy using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including email and mobile campaigns.

Build and optimize audience segmentation, ensuring hyper-targeted

communication

.

Design and implement customer journeys and automated workflows within SFMC.

Create high-quality email templates and campaign assets in

collaboration

with content teams.

Conduct in-depth data analysis and insights reporting to refine strategy and maximize engagement.

Ensure seamless integration of lead generation and subscriber acquisition with SFMC.

Maintain real-time performance tracking and reporting, ensuring quick resolutions to any CRM or lead generation issues.

What We’re Looking For:

3-5+ years experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing roles.

Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) – including journey building, automation, and analytics.

Strong knowledge of audience segmentation and personalization strategies.

Experience in lead generation campaigns and subscriber management.

Ability to analyze customer behaviors and trends, translating them into high-impact CRM strategies.

Strong

problem-solving skills

with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Previous experience in the beverage, hospitality, or FMCG industries is a plus.
