The CRM Specialist – Klaviyo & SMS Marketing is responsible for managing and executing email and SMS campaigns through Klaviyo, ensuring that the communication is personalized, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s voice. This role involves writing compelling copy, segmenting customer lists, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing workflows to maximize customer engagement and retention. The CRM Specialist will work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to drive sales and build long-lasting customer relationships. This position reports to the Director of Marketing or CRM Manager.
RequirementsPosition Responsibilities:Email & SMS Campaign Management:
Design, implement, and optimize email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring that campaigns are engaging, on-brand, and aligned with business goals
Develop and schedule email and SMS flows, such as welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups, promotional offers, and seasonal campaigns
Segment customer lists based on behavior, demographics, and purchase history to send personalized and relevant messages
Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for all email and SMS campaigns, including subject lines, body text, and calls to action, ensuring the messaging resonates with the target audience
Campaign Strategy & Optimization:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and sales goals
Continuously test and optimize subject lines, copy, visuals, and calls to action through A/B testing and data analysis to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
Leverage customer data from Klaviyo to create data-driven campaigns, understanding customer behavior and using it to drive personalization
Performance Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze the performance of email and SMS campaigns, providing reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue
Use data insights to optimize campaign performance and make recommendations for future campaigns
Monitor deliverability rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribes, troubleshooting issues to maintain a healthy CRM list
Automation & Workflows:
Set up and maintain automated workflows for different customer lifecycle stages (e.g., welcome, abandoned cart, win-back, VIP, etc.) in Klaviyo
Continuously optimize automated workflows based on performance, customer engagement, and business objectives
Monitor and refine trigger-based messages to ensure timely, relevant, and effective communication with customers
