Overview of role:

As the CRM Specialist for our E-Commerce Team, you will play a pivotal role in drivingcustomer retentionand loyalty initiatives for Murad. You will be responsible for developing and implementing activations to maximizecustomer engagement, satisfaction, and lifetime value through effective CRM practices. By leveraging data-driven insights andinnovative solutions, you will contribute to the growth and success of our brand in the competitive skincare market.

Main Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhancecustomer retentionand loyalty.

Collaborate withcross-functional teamsto align CRM initiatives with overall business goals and marketing strategies.

Support the execution of the overall DTC strategy and trading calendar, includingmerchandisingthe website (i.e. setting up landing pages, product pages, promotions).

Customer Segmentation and Targeting:

Analyse customer data to identify key segments and tailor retention strategies for each segment.

Implement targeted campaigns to re-engage and retain specific customer groups.

Email Marketing:

Develop and executeimpactfulemail marketing campaigns focused oncustomer retention.

Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize email strategies.

Personalization and Customer Experience:

Implement personalization strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Work closely with the E-Commerce Team to ensure a seamless and personalized customer journey across digital platforms.

Loyalty Programs:

Design and managecustomer loyaltyprograms to incentivize repeat purchases and customeradvocacy.

Analyze program effectiveness and recommend improvements for ongoingoptimization.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.

Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration andCommunication:

Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business strategies.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of CRM goals and outcomes.

Profile Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in CRM management, with a focus oncustomer retention, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in CRM tools and platforms.

Stronganalytical skillswith the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Creative andinnovativemindset with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Results-Driven:

Demonstrated ability to set and achieve measurable goals.

Proven track recordof improvingcustomer retentionmetrics.
