Job Description:
As a Customer Acquisition Manager, focused on customer acquisition at Wendy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our subscription-based mobile application. You will lead the charge in launching our ad strategy, driving user acquisition, and building a robust database of potential customers. This role is critical in scaling our user base from 0 to 10,000 and beyond, as we strive to become a market leader.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive advertising strategy for our subscription-based mobile application, focusing on family and children audiences.
Lead the planning, execution, andoptimizationof multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Utilize advanced targeting and segmentation strategies to identify and reach high-value user segments across paid advertising channels, including social media, search, display, and mobile app install campaigns.
Collaborate closely withcross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to optimize user acquisition funnels, onboarding experiences, and subscription conversion rates.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer insights.
Lead the development of customer acquisition initiatives and experiments to drivecontinuous improvementandinnovationin our acquisition strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ recent years of experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, and growth hacking, with aproven track recordof driving significant user growth and revenue in the mobile app industry.
Expertise in subscription-based customer acquisition strategies and tactics, with a deep understanding of subscription models and lifecycle marketing.
Stronganalytical skillsand proficiency in data analysis tools such as Customer Data Platforms (CDP’s), Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, App Store Connect and other similar technologies & platforms.
