Customer Engagement & Marketing Assistant Jobs in Oklahoma at Cheers Dispensary
Our Digital Marketing Agency for Online Course Creators is looking for an Ad Scientist. The person that is the right fit for this role is a natural problem solver that constantly challenges themselves to push limits, learn more, and achieve better results.
We’re looking for someone who can not only manage Meta campaigns with their eyes closed but also strategize to optimize overall funnel performance for clients.
In addition to those skills, we’re looking for an excellent communicator, someone that is self-motivated, and a good fit for our team culture.
Please read through the job description, responsibilities, and other materials below. If you believe you are qualified for this position and would love to join us on our team, complete the application below. When completing the application, you will need the code word “ROAS”. We look forward to hearing from you.
Our Ideal Ad Scientist:
First and foremost is a problem solver. If campaigns aren’t performing up to par, you have ideas on what to do to get the campaign back on track. You exhaust all resources available to them when looking for ways to improve the campaign. (Hello, Google!)
Has 3-5 years experience running successful targeted, high-return (direct-sales) Meta ad campaigns. Experience running TikTok & Google ads is a plus.
Has 2+ years experience and knowledge working with or on online course sales funnels and digital product funnels.
Has knowledge of online systems such as Deadline funnels, Lead pages, Clickfunnels, Stripe, Convertkit, Teachable, Asana, Slack, etc.
Is a data & analytics nerd. You love to look through numbers and analyze what they mean. You can spot things in data that stand out and suggest campaign changes & funnel optimizations based on that.
Stays updated on everything going on with Meta ads including algorithm changes, FB Business updates, advertising policies and more.
Is very proactive…you don’t need to be told what to do because you’re already getting it done. When you are assigned tasks you make a note of it, set a due date in ClickUp, and get back to their team with results.
Has an ABT (always be testing) mindset…you know that nothing is black and white with Meta campaigns and are open to (well thought out) continual testing.
Goes above and beyond. You’re constantly looking to not only do your job but bring better results to your clients.
Has the ability to work in a distributed team in a fast-paced and changing work environment with a quick turnaround.
Is thick-skinned, teachable, and open-minded – is able to take direct & honest feedback.
