Accountabilities
Loyalty Strategy
Develop and implement loyalty strategies aligned with business goals.
Define KPIs and oversee performance to optimize program impact.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute strategic initiatives.
Customer Insights
Leverage data analytics to refine loyalty offerings and drive engagement.
Establish feedback loops to continuously improve program effectiveness.
Digital Engagement
Implement digital tools and emerging technologies to enhance customer experiences.
Monitor market trends and drive adoption of innovative solutions.
Technology & Performance Optimization
Coordinate with IT and CRM teams to enhance platform capabilities.
Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
Partnership Development
Identify and manage strategic partnerships to maximize program value.
Negotiate agreements and foster strong partner relationships.
Key Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years in loyalty program management, digital transformation, or customer experience.
Strong analytical skills, experience with data-driven decision-making (Tableau, Power BI).
Proven ability to develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
Experience in omnichannel digital solutions and customer journey optimization.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Bilingual (English & Spanish), ability to work in fast-paced environments.
