About the Role:As a Customer Marketing Manager at FERMÀT, you will be instrumental in driving customer engagement, retention, and advocacy through strategic marketing initiatives and relationship building. You will work closely with our Director of Marketing, with your primary focus on enabling customers to maximize the value of FERMÀT’s products while keeping them actively engaged with our brand. You will leverage your expertise in content creation, customer education, and relationship management to transform satisfied customers into passionate advocates. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative content development, and data-driven decision-making to create compelling campaigns that drive product adoption and customer success.
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver comprehensive customer education content, including webinars, product guides, and training sessions that enhance product adoption and user expertise
Develop and nurture relationships with successful customers to build a strong advocacy program, creating opportunities for testimonials, case studies, and peer recommendations
Create compelling case studies and success stories that effectively communicate FERMÀT’s value proposition and demonstrate real-world impact
Strategize and execute customer email marketing campaigns, keeping users informed and engaged with new product releases, marketing activities, events, and company updates
Design and implement personalized campaigns targeting specific customer segments to increase adoption of additional features and products
Create and distribute targeted content highlighting best practices, product updates, and thought leadership, working closely with content and product marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging across all channels
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year startup experience required; preferably Series A stage
Proven track record in customer marketing, relationship building, and content creation
Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot), email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms
Excellence in written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
Strategic mindset with experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience in creating and delivering customer education content and training materials
