TheCustomer Onboarding Specialistwill set up customers for immediate success by facilitating the implementation process for new accounts. Educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of our HRMS product (ZenHR).

The Job – Customer Onboarding Specialist
What you’ll be doing:
Handle ZenHR small SMEs onboarding projects within the required SLA across the MENA region.
Educate customers on the customer journey and what to expect during the implementation and on boarding.
Help ZenHR customers set-up their accounts, populate their data, apply their policies and educate their employees on how to use the system.
Create handover documents, delivery presentations and technical reports for each project as per the provided.

Update the project management software and company CRM with detailed updates of project progress.
Conduct client online and on-premise meetings to facilitate the on-boarding process.
Perform client training to educate them on ZenHR and HR best practices.
Advanced data collection, parsing and cleansing using Excel, Google sheets etc..
Attend regular product and industry training to be up to date with new features and market requirements.
Proactively solve customer issues, should they arise during the on-boarding process.
Make regular phone calls and send official emails to new customers with updates on the progress of their projects.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field.
Very good English & Arabic Languages skills.
