List of routine/specific activities required to be done by the job holder:
Objective of the job
Achieve monthly plan of Service Visits
Achieve VAS ( Extended Warranty and AMC) targets.
Ensure promotions of VAS
Achieve Plan of Standard Parts as set by logic (Wholesale and Retail)
Achieve Plan of Engine Oil as set by logic (Wholesale and Retail)
Ensure Service Profit Ratio at 100%
Ensure 2 months of stock
Ensure 100% HMSI system usage ( HIRISE)
Reduce Complaint numbers and Updation in hirise and closure within 2 days
Scoring Monthly
Evaluation as per standard format on six month
