Responsibilities:
Manage and track client services and marketing initiatives
Conduct research, gather background information, and assist in preparing creative briefs and business presentations
Monitor marketing campaigns and provide clients with periodic updates on key business metrics
Develop strong professional relationships with both current and prospective clients
Exhibit excellent organizational skills and effective time management
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, Google Calendar experience preferred
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software
Proven experience in previous Customer Service roles
Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
