Job Overview:
We’re seeking a full-time Customer Service / Shipping / Marketing Manager to handle customer service, shipping logistics, fulfillment, and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in these areas, and looking for long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Develop and improve customer service policies.
Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction.
Shipping & Logistics:
Manage order fulfillment, inventory, and shipping logistics.
Work with carriers to track shipments and resolve issues.
Optimize shipping workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp.
Create engaging content for emails, social media, and product descriptions.
Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
General Responsibilities:
Fulfill and ship daily orders in a timely manner.
Restock inventory as needed.
Process returns and chargebacks.
Work with Shippo, Enchant, CRM systems, Shopify, and Mailchimp.
Collaborate with staff on sales, product management, and customer insights.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, logistics, and marketing.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with fulfillment centers or warehouse environments is a plus.
Proficiency in Shippo, Shopify, and Mailchimp.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Starting Pay:
· $26+/hr. Dependent upon level of experience.
