“UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd.” is looking for the person who is interested to be a part of business expansion and establish operational excellences as “Customer Services Agent” to support the business expansion and account operations. For more information, please find below details.

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers in multiple channel such as Call, Email and Chat

Respond to queries related to products, services, delivery, processed and business policies

Handle and resolve complaints in accord with established policies and procedures

Respond to escalated issues in a courteous and professional manner consistent with UNIQLO customer service philosophy

Assist customers when customer faced any issue during making purchase and navigating our E-commerce site

Troubleshoot online and checkout issues and report technical concerns to respective internal departments for resolution

Liaise with external parties to research disruption to order fulfillment or return process

Liaise with retail stores to resolve customer concerns related to store experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any related field

Having at least 2 – 5 years of experience in Customer Service Agent

Good command both Thai and English (Listening, Speaking, Writing & Reading)

Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Service minded with positive attitude, open to constructive criticism and continuous improvement in performance job function

Excellent in problem solving skill with the ability to prioritize multiple issue and optimize properly solutions.

Quick learner to new software and able to use multiple systems & platforms

Ability to adapt to changing demands of the work environment

Proficient skill in Microsoft Office

Punctuality is strongly required

Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Working Hour:

5 working days in shift and 2 days off per week (possible to work during weekend base on shift plan)

Work 8 hours and Breaking time 1.5 hours per day
