This position involves supporting customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media, helping them choose the right food plans and resolving delivery queries.
Beyond answering inquiries, the role focuses on providing tailored solutions, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring both cats and their owners receive the best possible service. Additional responsibilities include gathering customer feedback and collaborating with the wider team to improve services.
What We are Looking For:
A passion for cats and an understanding of pet owners’ needs.
At least 1 year previous experience in customer services
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking to provide effective support.
Comfort with technology, customer service platforms, and learning new tools.
A team player who can also work independently.

Optimise and manage product listings on Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, and other platforms
Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium 10 and Amazon Brand Analytics
Develop engaging, SEO-driven product descriptions and titles
Analyse competitors and implement best practices for maximum visibility
Monitor and improve listing performance using data-driven insights
Stay ahead of eCommerce trends and platform-specific algorithm updates
Expand our product presence onto new online marketplaces
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in eCommerce product listing and optimisation
Proven track record of increasing product visibility and sales
Proficiency in SEO tools like Helium 10 and Amazon Brand Analytics
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent copywriting skills for compelling product descriptions
Experience with Tik Tok Shop and other emerging platforms is a plus!
