With an existing user base of 60,000 users, we’re looking for aCustomer Success Associateto take ownership of user engagement, feedback, churn reactivation, and retention campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves fitness, enjoys interacting with users, and wants to make a real impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesUser Feedback & Support

Speak with users regularly to understand pain points and relay insights to the product team.

Gather and analyze feedback from app reviews, social media, and support channels.

Ensure fast and effective resolution of customer queries.

Churn Reactivation & Retention

Identifyinactive and churned usersand implement targeted strategies to bring them back.

Design and executeemail, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app notification campaignsto re-engage users.

Analyze churn patterns and user drop-off points to optimizeonboarding and retention flows.

Work closely with the marketing team to createpersonalized offers and nudgesfor different user segments.

Runexperimentson engagement tactics—A/B test messaging, incentives, and reactivation methods.

Community & Growth Campaigns

Engage with power users and turn them into brand advocates.

Experiment with referral programs and user-generated content campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve onboarding and engagement strategies.

Who You Are

1-4 years of experiencein customer success, sales, marketing, or community management. Freshers with exceptional skills are welcome to apply.

Fluent in both English and Hindi(written and spoken) – you’ll interact with a diverse user base.

Excellent communication skills– you enjoy talking to people and solving problems.

Copywriting skills -You should be able to communicate with users using clean and engaging copy.

Analytical mindset– comfortable working with data to understand user behavior.

Proactive & ownership-driven– you take initiative instead of waiting for instructions.

Interest in fitness & techis a must – understanding our users’ needs helps! (Long as it is something that excites you, it works. You’ll get to learn a lot on the job)

Comfortable working in-person at our Jaipur office
