Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will plan and execute digital acquisition and retention strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring the best possible customer journey from start to finish. You will work closely with various teams to innovate and improve customer experiences through data-driven insights and A/B testing, ultimately driving business results and revenue growth.

Requirements

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for both acquisition and retention, focusing on mobile app and website engagement.

Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-informed decisions to reach company goals.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and creative performance, influencing the product/service roadmap through test insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Design, Marketing, Finance, and Data) to introduce new customer experiences.

Identify and integrate new digital marketing channels to efficiently increase user numbers.

Must have *

Proven experience in marketing, product marketing, or customer success with a track record of driving revenue & customer growth.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in A/B testing and using data for customer insights and ROI analysis.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead both strategically and tactically.

Industry Experience *

Prior experience in SaaS, Self-Help, or CRM environments is preferred, especially in creating AI-driven marketing campaigns and online experiences.
