The Opportunity This position will be supporting the Marketing Function for one of the brands being retailed by Cycle & Carriage. You will work closely with the Brand’s Sales management and Principal to implement the marketing plan for retail of the Brand’s passenger cars, specifically in the areas of advertising &

promotion

, customer events, direct marketing, customer communications and internal communications.

This role, who reports to the Head of Marketing, will plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring that a smooth execution and operation is always maintained to keep a high level of

customer satisfaction

. Its ROI is constantly monitored and reported in tandem to all marketing activities. Other key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Develop brand marketing strategy and calendar to support product launches, product sustenance, and retail campaigns including advertising and promotions, events, digital marketing, social media, PR, and more.

Work closely with creative agencies, media agency, and internal stakeholders for above & below-the-line

communication

and collaterals with the objective to drive sales for the brand.

Adapt global press releases for local PR dissemination and pitch for PR coverage through test drives.

Possess good marketing eye and judgment, able to liaise and negotiate with vendors & suppliers to ensure quality and budget are always kept in line as planned.

Collaborate with Performance team to analyze performance indices for marketing events and operations, providing recommendations for improvements when necessary.

Media tracking to monitor channel effectiveness and analyze ROI for marketing activities.

Oversee and manage events held at our showroom and off-site locations, ensuring that the standards and guidelines are constantly adhered to.

Keep abreast of the products and market offerings to customize marketing strategies in line with brand image and targeted consumer groups.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Brand Principal and various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and campaigns.

Work with cross-departments to drive enhancement of customer ownership CX experience through our online and offline touchpoints (i.e., web, social, app, showroom, etc).

Job Requirements

Degree in Business Studies/ Mass Communications / Management or equivalent with at least 5 years of retail marketing experience.

A good team player who can work in a strong

teamwork

environment.

Solid interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to build relationships across multiple teams as well as with alliance partners.

Self-driven and analytic individual with experience working in a

fast-paced environment

with tight deadlines.

Good

project management

capabilities; process-oriented with good end-to-end follow-up skills and focus on detail.
