About the Role:
We are seeking adynamicD2C Leadto take the reins of our consumer-facing brand and drive performance marketing, retention strategies, and the seamless operation of our Shopify platform. This is anexcitingopportunity to manage and scale high-spend campaigns while optimizing the customer journey and enhancing brand visibility across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead D2C Operations:Oversee all aspects of direct-to-consumer operations, focusing on performance marketing,customer retention, and tech operations.
Optimize Shopify Operations:Manage and improve Shopify platform operations, including website UX/UI, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Analyze Data for Retention:Use cohort data and customer insights to develop strategies that improve retention and lifetime value.
Partnership Development:Build and nurture strategic partnerships with relevant portals to expand brand visibility and reach.
Requirements:
Experience:3+ years of experience in D2C brand management, with aproven track recordof handling monthly spends of ₹1 Cr+.
Expertise in Marketing:Deep understanding of performance marketing and retention strategies, withhands-on experiencedriving customer acquisition and retention.
Tech-Savvy:Experience with Shopify, and familiarity with data analytics tools to monitor performance and makedata-driven decisions.
Analytical & Strategic:Strong ability to analyze data, draw insights, and use them to inform and improve marketing strategies andcustomer retentionefforts.
