As the Database Marketing & CRM Director, you will lead, develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to achieve acquisition and retention targets. You will oversee 1:1communicationthrough email and text across sales, service, and marketing. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will identify, design, and prioritize opportunities aligned with the company’s digital experience vision and business objectives.
This role requires a strategic thinker withhands-onexecution capabilities and a passion for driving business results through effective database marketing and CRM strategies.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Align and bring to life theleadershipvision for Database Marketing & CRM strategies, supporting both acquisition and retention goals.
Lead effective B2C programs, maximizinggrowth potentialfor the brand.
Collaborate to identify, design, and prioritize Database Marketing & CRM opportunities across sales, service, and marketing.
Oversee 1:1communicationthrough email and text across sales, service, and marketing.
Ensure alignment with the company’s digital experience vision and business objectives.
Execute Database Marketing strategies, meeting timelines and budgets.
Lead the teamto achieve multi-year strategy and plan aligned with annual business goals.
Work collaboratively with marketing stakeholders to optimize investments supporting online revenue goals.
Build a culture of customer understanding, leveraging data and insights for scalable, tested solutions.
Be accountable for performance metrics related to Database Marketing & CRM investments and campaigns.
Be a thought leader, sharing best practices, industry trends, and innovations in Database Marketing & CRM.
Collaborate to ensure legal and compliance risks are managed within all programs.
Contribute to the overall Customer Data Strategy, providing insight into what is needed to build a successful CRM & Database Marketing program.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Strong business and marketing acumen.
Proven experience in leading and executing Database Marketing & CRM strategies in a multi-channel environment.
Excellentleadershipandcollaborationskills to work cross-functionally with marketing stakeholders and other teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement multi-year strategies and plans in alignment with business goals.
Experience in optimizing marketing investments to support online revenue goals and objectives.
Solid understanding of customer data, insights, and analytics to drive scalable, tested solutions.
Proficient in managing performance metrics related to Database Marketing & CRM investments and campaigns.
Thoughtleadershipin Database Marketing & CRM, keeping abreast of best practices, industry trends, and innovations.
Familiarity with legal and compliance considerations in database marketing and CRM programs.
CRM Product Owner experience, supporting all departments, CRM functionality development, and contributing to overall Customer Data Strategy.
Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience managing and/or working in an agile structure is a plus.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary $135,000 – $150,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate witheducation, experience, and internal parity).
