Dealer Development and Marketing Specialist Jobs in Winn, MI at Alamo Group
Full-time position, 40hrs/wk, $22.50/hour
Dynamic, creative and organized team member needed to lead planning, coordination and execution of strategic events that help engage and strengthen relationships with employees, partners and the broader community. This would include both small and large-scale events such as professional gatherings, team celebrations, recruitment events, and community outreach programs.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and tasks concurrently
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, email platforms, etc.)
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, both internally and with external vendors
Preferred: Experience in event planning, marketing, and/or social media management, including staying on budget while maintaining high standards of quality
Must possess a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
