Job Overview
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as the Marketing Specialist you will provide support to the Marketing team throughout the marketing process for all projects within the business unit’s portfolio. You also create digital marketing materials and complete other general administrative duties as assigned. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Assisting in implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions and events.
Maintaining profiles on third-party websites (i.e. Zillow.com). Managing digital marketing efforts and communications, including drafting and sending email marketing campaigns.
Maintaining, updating and monitoring social media platforms with approved content, and measuring and tracking the effectiveness of campaigns.
Assisting in idea generation and strategy development for marketing initiatives, including development of marketing priorities, concepts, and materials relative to homebuilding industry.
Developing and maintaining all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, booklets, infographics, videos, and signage.
Visiting communities, inventory homes and model homes to ensure marketing excellence and alignment with brand integrity. Assisting in tracking and managing sign locations and replacements.
Coordinating with Sales team for community specific marketing needs, including ideas for driving community traffic and sales.
Attending regular neighborhood meetings in communities to design, produce collateral and participate in events. Events may include weekend days.
Editing and maintaining the website including but not limited to promotions and incentives, search engine optimization, content, and more.
Providing support to other projects and duties as assigned.

Essential Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
Understanding of current graphic design, websites, social media platforms, and inbound marketing trends.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle.
Portfolio showcasing your work.
Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM (HubSpot), Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and more).
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge with all areas of marketing and office administration, preferably within the Construction and Homebuilding industry.
Willingness to travel around the Austin metro area to various communities

Work Conditions
You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours with travel to sites, model homes and within city area be required on a weekly basis. Travel outside of city to other regional offices may be required on an infrequent basis.
