We are looking to hire a highly driven & Talented Demand Planner with a commercial mindset, strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to take lead in optimizing the utilization of Arla’s capacity and resources.
Responsibilities:
Using SAP APO to provide a robust basic forecast to ensure both forecast – and delivery accuracy, based on historical sales and future data insights.
Monitor and analyze results/KPIs, in order to gain insights in the performance of your demand plan, and to present structured root cause analysis.
Provide key forecast insights and a constant dialogue with sales and supply chain to resolve and avoid short term supply and/or demand issues.
Take an active role in the monthly Sales & Operations Planning cycle for your portfolio, in order to continuously match supply and demand in the short and long term.
NPD/Promos/Events – You ensure continuous alignment between Arla & our customers & all internal stakeholders to ensure successful go live of new products, promotions, and other events.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree within Business / Supply Chain Management or related field
2-3 years of working experience within forecasting, planning or logistics.
Strong expertise applying analytical skills for data driven decision making.
Understanding of FMCG Commercial Operations, combined with project management skills allowing you to prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in SAP APO is required.
Proactive & outgoing team player & thrive working in a high-paced environment.
Skillful communicator and stakeholder management (confident in collaborating across departments)
Strong and well-founded written and verbal English skills.
