Webgrowth, a leading digital marketing agency in Phoenix, is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1-2 years of agency experience and possess strong organizational skills to help coordinate tasks and client deliverables, meeting minutes, project management assistance, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of digital marketing projects and campaigns, including timelines, budgets, and resources
Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, designers, and developers to ensure project objectives are met
Attend meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute action items to the appropriate team members
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to team members and clients
Conduct research to support digital marketing strategies and campaigns
Assist in the creation of reports and presentations to update clients on campaign performance
Help manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our services
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices related to digital marketing
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Asana or Trello
Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
