Summary Statement
The Development Marketing Liaison will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s growth and impact through marketing efforts within the Development Department. This position requires a blend of creative thinking, forward thinking, and a passion for non-profit work.
Responsibilities
· Work with Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as Trello, email, social media, content marketing and events
· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) of fundraising and marketing campaigns, providing insights into results and effectiveness
· Act as liaison between Development, Marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy
· Assist in conceptualizing marketing and email solicitation campaigns
· Assist with tracking and reporting on campaign performance
· Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
High School Degree
At least 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or advertising
Non-profit experience is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with data analysis and interpretation of marketing metrics leading to informed decision-making regarding strategies for marketing and event initiatives
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
Knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media.
Physical Demands
This position is basically sedentary with some walking, standing, stooping and lifting required. May lift objects weighing from 0 to 20 lbs. with occasional lifting of objects over 20 lbs.
