Development Officer for Engaging Events Jobs in Remote at Success Humanity Television Nonprofit
Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced fundraising and events professional to lead donor engagement and event programming for “Success” – a groundbreaking TV series focused on companies impacting humanity’s future. The ideal candidate will organize high-impact in-person and virtual events while building and managing relationships with high-net-worth donors and family offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute monthly in-person events featuring celebrity investors and visionary entrepreneurs
Manage monthly live webinars and weekly automated webinar programs
Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional donors
Create compelling email marketing campaigns using modern automation tools e.g. (Mailchimp, HubSpot) with good reporting
Track and report on fundraising metrics and event success
Manage event budgets and vendor relationships
Collaborate with TV production team to align events with show content
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of proven fundraising experience with documented success in major gifts
Extensive network of high-net-worth donors and family office contacts organized in a database
Strong track record of planning and executing high-end events
Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools
Experience with auctions at fundraising events
Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
CFRE certification or AFP membership
Experience in entertainment, TV, education, healthcare or media-related fundraising
Prior experience with webinar and virtual event platforms
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
