Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across performance, CRM, and owned media with a focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Design and execute full-funnel digital marketing plans (paid media, SEO, CRM, affiliate, influencer, KOL) tailored for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
Oversee campaign planning, media buying, and performance optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, and Retail Media Networks.
Leverage data analytics to continuously refine targeting, bidding strategies, and creative execution based on metrics like CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and customer LTV.
Manage budget allocation across channels, maximizing efficiency and ROI based on campaign objectives and real-time performance.
Lead the team in executing customer retention and loyalty-building strategies (e.g., CRM segmentation, automated email/SMS campaigns, retargeting, personalization).
Collaborate cross-functionally with E-commerce, Product, Creative, and GTM teams to ensure integrated campaigns that drive commercial impact.
Partner with marketplace platforms and agencies to secure high-visibility placements, platform-led campaigns, and joint business plans.
Identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, attribution modeling, and experimentation frameworks to unlock scalable strategies.
Build and mentor a high-performing digital team, ensuring capability development and execution excellence.
Keep up to date with marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tech (AI-powered tools, automation, etc.).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in an e-commerce or digital-first business.
Strong command of performance marketing strategies across multi-channel and multi-market environments.
Proven success in managing 8-figure IDR monthly digital budgets while optimizing for ROAS and new customer growth.
Deep knowledge of tools such as GA4, Google Data Studio, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, DV360, CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze).
Strong data interpretation and storytelling ability—able to turn numbers into strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with regional/global teams and platform representatives.
