Field Marketing Manager

This role is based in Chicago and is a hybrid role allowing for some days working from home and some working out of an office.

Summary

You will play a key role in establishing field marketing by designing and implementing programs that enhance customer relationships, boost retention, and ultimately increase revenue, all while providing exceptional value to our customers. This involves creating and executing various campaigns to support retention and product usage, as well as managing demand generation campaigns and programs to drive opportunities for both expansion and cross-sell.

Primary Responsibilities

In this role, your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for clients, suppliers, and strategic partners, including hoteliers, to enhance customer expansion and retention. Aligning with yearly growth objectives, you will work closely with cross-functional teams from global sales, regional sales, and other centralized roles to gather insights and information that will inform customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning tactics.

Campaign Management
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns including content
Utilize customer data and analytics to create personalized and targeted messaging and content
Identify and coordinate paid, earned, and owned media channels
Account-Based Marketing
Develop, implement, and measure retention programs focused on key accounts
Collaborate with different teams to identify and address the specific needs of target audiences including content
Create and manage client education and retention strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships
Oversee operations and marketing technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with global sales, regional sales, and other centralized roles to ensure cohesive and unified plans
Align marketing efforts with service offerings, sales initiatives, and client feedback
Data-Driven Decision Making
Own performance tracking by analyzing key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer engagement levels, and return on marketing investments
Leverage data analytics and key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
Budget Management
Manage marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, including technology, for maximum impact

Qualifications

7-9 years of experience in demand-oriented marketing
Previous experience in event planning
Deep commitment to understanding and enhancing the customer journey
Experience building relationships and demonstrating value to business partners
Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms
Experience with marketing automation tools and processes
Proficiency in database segmentation for targeted marketing efforts
Have versatile writing and editing skill set to effectively communicate with target audiences
Understanding of metrics to track and how to track them
Creative thinker with a knack for inspiring and engaging prospects
Effective communicator, able to have meaningful exchanges with leadership staff
Strong ability to build and maintain trust-based working relationships across different functional teams
Able to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $82,000-$102,000 base salary. This role also qualifies for an incentive package in addition.
