Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Strategically manage and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), driving lead generation, engagement, and conversions.

• Budget Oversight: Directly manage campaign budgets exceeding $100,000 per month, ensuring optimal allocation and efficiency.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

• Lead Generation Optimization: Build and refine strategies for lead generation, leveraging data insights to enhance conversion rates and reduce CPA.

• CRM Expertise: Collaborate closely with teams using CRMs like HubSpot to ensure seamless integration and tracking of leads and pipeline performance.

• Analytics & Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable outcomes.

• Tactical Execution: Be hands-on in campaign setup, management, and troubleshooting, ensuring flawless execution.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and messaging.

• Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaign strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: 5-7 years of performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Platforms: Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including advanced strategies like retargeting, dynamic creative optimization, and audience segmentation.

• Budget Management: Hands-on experience managing monthly budgets of $100,000+ across multiple campaigns.

• Full-Funnel Marketing: Deep understanding of the customer journey, from awareness to conversion, and the ability to optimize each stage for performance.

• Lead Generation: Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and tools, with a focus on driving high-quality leads and optimizing conversion rates.

• CRM Knowledge: Proficiency with CRMs such as HubSpot for lead tracking, segmentation, and reporting.

• People Management: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with a focus on collaboration, growth, and accountability.

• Strategic & Tactical Skills: Ability to think big-picture while being hands-on with day-to-day campaign execution.

• Remote Work Capability: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of leading in a fully remote environment.

• Location: Must be based in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with B2B and D2C clients in an agency setting.

• Familiarity with additional ad platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, or programmatic.

• Advanced certifications in Google Ads or Meta.
