Digital Content Marketing Associate Jobs in Needham, MA at PlatformQ Health

We are seeking a well-rounded Marketing Manager with 4-6 years of experience to support the Marketing Director in Midtown Manhattan. Candidate will enhance overall brand awareness and external facing messaging to customers and prospects alike. This role will be the day-to-day marketing contact for employees and ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives including but not limited to:

General marketing:

Maintain brand standards and tone across all communication channels and tools
Create posts, coordinate scheduling and maintain social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram)
Organize external sponsorships including industry events and trade shows and attend when necessary; evaluate success for future attendance
Plan and organize internal culture-based events, including team happy hours, lunches and annual holiday party
Spearhead philanthropy-based initiatives, including fundraising and group volunteering
Work with third-party digital agency to spearhead content development for blogs, website updates, campaigns and miscellaneous content updates.
Work with leadership team to distribute monthly newsletter and touchpoints with customers
Research industry organizations and publications to ensure HIGHMARK maintains a strong presence in the marketplace
Experience in effective use of email marketing software (Constant Contact)

Sales support:

Develop and maintain sales tools, including presentations, brochures, proposals and case studies
Assist sales team in coordinating customer-based events

You have:

Stellar written and oral communication skills
Well-developed organizational skills
Strong relational and interpersonal skills
Ability to liaise between internal employees and third-party agencies (printers, industry organizations, venues, etc.)
Ability to work with freelancers and to work cross-functionally with multiple internal/external stakeholders
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of Adobe Suite products, specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
Graphic design and/or an understanding of visual concepts is a strong plus
Candidates may be asked to submit writing and/or portfolio samples, if applicable

Schedule:

Full-time in our Midtown office. Work from home opportunities based on manager discretion and approval.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or communications required
