We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our organic and paid social media presence, while also supporting leasing activities across multiple communities. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in content creation, advertising, and marketing strategy to drive engagement. Extensive travel to various communities will be required.

Job Responsibilities: (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED)
Create, edit, and repurpose engaging content tailored for various social platforms, to include, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Responsible for staying up to date on advanced trends and modern best practices in content marketing.
Create paid and organic social media content that aligns with brand vision and encourages authentic engagement.
Generate, edit, publish, and share daily social media content across platforms.
Monitor, moderate, and respond to user comments, messages, and reviews via the Company’s social media management platform.
Develop, coordinate, maintain, and implement social media calendars.
Achieve aggressive follower and engagement goals for properties.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing mediums and suggest enhancements.
Evaluate social media analytics and technologies, making recommendations for new approaches or strategies.
Assist with training on social media platforms, digital marketing techniques, and the Company’s social media management platform and collaborate with the leasing and marketing department to provide ongoing training in critical markets.
Assist with creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports analyzing social media success relative to activity, reach, and engagement metrics.
Analyze and react to social media platform statistics to continuously grow presence.
Assist with Brand Ambassador management by identifying, recruiting, and managing Brand Ambassadors to craft quality on-brand content.
Work with creative teams to create high-quality content (photo and video).
Establish and maintain relationships with on-campus and guerilla marketing partners. Communicate with university officials to facilitate marketing relationships.
Ensure compliance with the Photo, Video, Voice Recording Policy, and Social Media Policy for training and quality control.
Extensive travel will be required.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years’ experience in the student/multi-family housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrate strong leadership abilities.
High degree of content creation experience and familiarity with social platforms
