We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team IN-HOUSE. If you are creative, proactive, and have a strong understanding of social media platforms, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will manage and create engaging content across multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Post engaging content daily across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Create and share content for daily posts, including stories and regular updates.
Organize and maintain content for easy access and ensure proper file management.
Create and follow a content calendar to track deadlines and upcoming posts.
Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media, including event coverage.
Engage with followers by liking, responding to comments, and resharing relevant content.
Coordinate with the team for event promotions, content needs, and updates.
Support the design team by providing photos for promotional materials.
Promote events, live music, and other key initiatives across platforms.
Collaborate with influencers and negotiate promotional deals when necessary.
Weekends required as needed.
Qualifications:
Marketing Degree (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
Basic Canva skills.
Proficient in social media platforms and content creation tools.
Experience with photography and videography (preferred).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with Google Drive and content organization.
Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to trends while maintaining brand voice.
