We’re seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing content, and coordinating with dealerships.
Job Overview
The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Director and team to assist in the implementation of marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for branding, and a desire to grow in the marketing field with a strong focus in social media.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Create, manage and schedule content for social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency.
Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing strategies.
Assist with SEO optimization and Google Analytics reporting.
Coordinate with managers and external vendors to execute marketing projects.
Support event planning and execution for promotional and community events.
Perform administrative tasks, including budget tracking, scheduling meetings, and following up with managers and vendors.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience is preferred).
1-2 years of marketing experience (internship experience counts).
Strong writing and communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
Knowledge of SEO and basic graphic design is a plus.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Creative mindset with a proactive attitude.
Strong skills in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva).
Knowledge of automotive trends and terminology is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
