Job Description

This role involves building and publishing advice articles and videos on the company website to educate and inform readers on banking, insurance, spending/saving, and the unique needs of military families. The Digital Coordinator helps get these assets approved and published by completing necessary tasks.

You will communicate with partners in legal, compliance, editing, and design to review and approve content. Ideal candidates are persistent in ensuring deadlines are met. The role is independent but part of a team of 14 contractors and full-time employees, managing, editing, and creating content. The ideal candidate enjoys processes, completing tasks, hitting deadlines, coordinating input, and executing with excellence.

Responsibilities:

Support the project manager in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication, and training.

Update the project plan.

Assist in information collection and validation.

Help prepare status reports and presentations.

Strong task management and documentation skills with an ability to meet deadlines.

Project, marketing, or campaign management experience.

Content marketing background.

Experience with copy editing and content style guides.
