Job Summary

Responsible for working with the business units to identify and prioritize opportunities for process, technology, and change-related project while leading the execution of strategic projects and change initiatives. Also, this role is responsible for linking in the company’s strategy to projects and programs and ensuring the enterprise invests in products that will realize the greatest value or benefit for these investments. Specific to the role as Digital Lending Head, he/she will be responsible for monitoring the health of group’s loan portfolio. From portfolio management, collections, reporting, asset management, loan underwriting/processing (as it relates to loan review), servicing and asset management, business development and loan settlement.

How will you contribute?

Develops the overall Loan product and program management strategies, and directs and executes the management of all enterprise programs

Monitors the profitability and performance of products or programs and recommend modifications to increase usage, penetration and program profitability

Provides Executive Leadership quarterly program reports, detailing success metrics as well as recommended next steps in the lifecycle of the product or program

Leads multiple cross business unit programs and project teams to deliver significant business results

Ensures alignment of all programs with the group’s strategic plan

Drive delivery of high quality programs through the project management team as planned, on time and within budget

Continuously improve portfolio, program, product, and project principles across the organization

Support project managers in building team effectiveness, planning, and navigating issues

Actively communicates the status of the enterprise programs and ensures the Senior Leadership team along with key organizational stakeholders are kept up to date

Responsible for metrics of success including project execution, cost, schedule, quality, and member satisfaction

Makes strategic recommendations that have the potential for an impact on the customer journey, loss control, expenses, revenues or profitability

Demonstrates the ability to anticipate and meet members’ needs, understand products and services from the customer’s point of view, and continually improve product

Execute and facilitate organizational planning and roadmap activities across departmental boundariesprograms

Develops and maintains relationships with industry peers, groups, and organizations to keep abreast of regulatory, business and technology changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and timely implementation of new and best practices and technology

What will make you successful?

Bachelor’s Degree in business-related courses

With 10 or more years of experience in Product Management and Development, Loans Management
