Marketing Coordinator (Entry-Level) – Performance Automotive Industry
Dusterhoff Racing is looking for a creative, driven, and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand and engage our audience. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who wants real-world experience in marketing, advertising, social media, and brand management within the high-performance automotive industry.
What You’ll Do
Manage and execute our marketing strategy and tasks
Shoot and edit content, videos, and pictures for social media and the website
Create and manage social media posts, reels, and campaigns
Build and optimize web pages and landing pages
Run advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google
Write newsletters, marketing emails, and thank-you cards
Help grow our brand presence and customer engagement
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics
Assist with SEO efforts to improve web visibility
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create engaging content
Attend occasional industry events and trade shows (some weekends required)
What We’re Looking For
A creative and motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience
Someone with a passion for digital marketing, branding, and content creation
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Basic skills in photo/video editing (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
Excellent writing and communication skills
Bonus points for experience with website building, email marketing, or paid ads
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Work Requirements
Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (full-time, in-office role)
Must be able to commute to 700 Joe Lane Cox Road, Unit 120, Dawsonville, Ga 30534 – no remote work
Some event attendance required (occasional nights/weekends)
