Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to drive brand awareness and customer engagement through market outreach, event marketing, and webinar marketing. This role will focus on executing strategic marketing campaigns, managing exhibits at trade shows, and conducting sales outreach to generate leads. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement market outreach strategies to attract potential customers.
Plan and execute event marketing activities, including trade shows and promotional events.
Organize and manage webinar marketing campaigns to engage and educate audiences.
Travel to events to represent the company and build industry relationships.
Conduct sales outreach and lead generation before and after events.
Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and strategies.
Track and report on event and webinar performance, including lead generation metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
Willingness to travel frequently for events and trade shows.
Prior experience in event marketing, webinar marketing, or sales outreach is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to marketing and sales initiatives.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, event coordination, or webinar marketing.

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
