POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled andresults-driven
Digital Marketing Analyst
with 5-7 years of experience to strategize and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing analytics, digital marketing strategy, campaign management, performance tracking, anddata-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and increasebrand awareness. You will also work closely withcross-functional teamsto optimize digital marketing campaigns, enhancecustomer engagement, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
Digital Strategy Development & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Align digital marketing initiatives with business goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging andcustomer engagement.
Stay current with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to recommend and implementinnovativestrategies.
Campaign Analysis &Optimization:
Analyze digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, display ads, etc.) to assess performance, ROI, and key KPIs.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, targeting, and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and otheroptimizationstrategies to continuously improve campaign results.
Budget &Resource Management:
Manage and monitor digital marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
Track expenditures and report on the effectiveness of spending, making recommendations for future investments.
Performance Reporting & Analytics:
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts to stakeholders andsenior leadership.
Leverage digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for ongoing campaignoptimization.
Evaluate digital marketing performance against set KPIs and adjust strategies as necessary.
Customer Journey Mapping & Segmentation:
Conduct analysis of the customer journey to identify key touchpoints and optimize each phase of the funnel for maximum engagement and conversion.
Create customer personas and leverage segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing campaigns that drivecustomer engagement.
