Position Description: About the Role:
Innovation Medical Group is a growing multi-clinic healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality care in communities across the Southwest. With clinics in multiple locations, we are seeking a skilled and community-focused Marketing & Business Development Specialist to support outreach and growth efforts for our Cortez, CO and Farmington, NM locations.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in the medical industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners.
Represent Innovation Medical Group in the community through networking events, meetings, and other outreach activities.
Collaborate with clinic leadership and executive teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Meet regularly with senior owners and managers to provide updates and share insights.
Develop and maintain a positive and professional reputation for Innovation Medical Group within both communities.
Produce and submit detailed monthly activity reports, highlighting progress, outreach efforts, and results.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the region.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or healthcare-related outreach.
Strong knowledge of the medical industrypreferably within clinical or outpatient settings.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple initiatives.
Respected within the community, with a strong local network and reputation.
Professional, organized, and results-driven.
Must be willing to travel between Cortez, CO and Farmington, NM.
