Job Summary

As the Digital Marketing and Community Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing online and media marketing campaigns and fostering strong relationships with community partners. This role combines creativity, strategy, and relationship-building to grow brand awareness, engagement, and local impact.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms (social media, email campaigns, website, paid ads, etc.)
Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor digital marketing campaigns and provide insights into performance metrics, adjusting strategies to achieve goals.
Conduct SEO research and implement strategies to increase website visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to design online campaigns that align with overall brand messaging.
Maintain and optimize the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and user-friendly.
Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track KPIs and report on campaign performance.

Community Outreach:

Develop and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders, local organizations, and influencers to support brand advocacy and growth.
Organize community engagement initiatives such as events, webinars, and partnerships to promote brand awareness and support local causes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for community inquiries and concerns, representing the company positively in all interactions.
Actively identify and pursue opportunities for the brand to engage with community events, sponsorships, and collaborations.
Assist in the creation of materials for community outreach efforts, including newsletters, press releases, and event invitations.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Proven experience in digital marketing, community outreach, or a related field (2+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and best practices.
Familiarity with social media platforms, paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), and content management systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
A passion for building community and creating positive social impact.

Education / Work Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
