! As a
Marketing Apprentice
, youll gain
hands-on experience
in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management while working alongside

, earn while you learn, and build a strong foundation for a future in marketing. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Creating digital assets for social media in Canva and the Adobe suite Supporting the creation of print-ready flyers and brochures Assisting social media campaigns and reports Writing website news articles and newsletters Maintaining Word Press websites and analysing organic SEO results Sourcing promotional materials for exhibitions and brand events Researching competitors and industry trends for insights Evaluating campaign performance Reporting on organic SEO activity and SERPs rankings Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
