Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and analysing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This is an
exciting
opportunity to gain
hands-on experience
in social media management, content creation, SEO, and
customer engagement
while working alongside experienced marketing professionals.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Assist in creating and implementing social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and You Tube. Support the development of digital content, including blog posts, guest blogs, press releases, and forum contributions. Assist in website maintenance and SEO activities to improve search engine rankings and user engagement. Enhance the user experience for employers and learners through effective marketing strategies. Respond to customer inquiries on social media and online forums in a professional manner.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing innovations to inform future campaigns. Assist in planning, delivering, and measuring content-driven marketing campaigns. Help define and implement segmented email and push notification campaigns. Salary, Hours

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Basic HTML knowledge (advantageous but not essential). Strong interest in content creation and social media Passion for digital marketing and
education
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Creative mindset with
data-driven decision-making
skills. Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. Required Grades – Maths C/5, English C/4
Your Training with Baltic:
You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. Youll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and
on-the-job training
that aligns with your career goals.
