Job Description
We are looking for adynamicandresults-orientedDigital Marketing Associate to oversee our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services while also ensuring a high level ofcustomer satisfactionthrough effective customer service management. Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drivebrand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and others.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance monitoring.
Optimize ad campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform search engine marketing (SEM) strategies and optimize website content for search engines.
Collaborate withcross-functional teamsto develop and implement Amazon product listing strategies, including contentoptimization, sponsored product ads, and storefront management.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, customer service, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in driving business results.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
Strongstrategic planningandanalytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.
Demonstratedleadershipabilities, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
