This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. The role is located in New York City, and is hybrid, typically 2 days onsite weekly.
Onward Search is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All contractors will be paid as W2 employees.
The Digital Demand Marketing Associate Director will lead the development and execution of a cohesive digital strategy to enhance online presence, increase user engagement, and drive business growth. This role leverages advanced technologies, AI, personalization, and multi-media content to optimize marketing efforts across the digital ecosystem.
In partnership with content creators and enterprise marketing teams, the Associate Director will use data-driven insights to refine campaigns, improve performance, and deliver measurable revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Optimization
Manage and optimize the company website to align with SEO best practices and user experience standards, driving organic traffic and visibility.
Digital Campaign Management
Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising, to generate leads and drive engagement.
Digital Content Oversight
Oversee digital content assets to ensure relevance and resonance with targeted customer segments, maximizing engagement.
User Experience (UX)
Collaborate with design and internal teams to enhance website UX, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing objectives.
Digital Marketing Expertise
Serve as the primary expert on social media, SEO, SEM, paid media, and multimedia content, ensuring the delivery of compelling and impactful digital assets.
Analytics and Insights
Analyze performance metrics to assess user behavior, ROI, and campaign success, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Conversion Rate Optimization
Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates, turning visitors into leads and customers.
A/B Testing
Conduct A/B testing on digital marketing elements, including web pages, calls-to-action, and advertising, to refine strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across digital channels in collaboration with various internal teams.
Training and Development
Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and tools for web, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
Trend Monitoring
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in digital marketing.
Requirements and Skills:
5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in tools such as AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Hootsuite, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo).
Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and website analytics.
Analytical mindset with a strong ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
