Schedule and location:
This is a Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. 100% remote for LATAM, India and Turkey.
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in Hub Spot automation, email marketing, and tracking conversions using Google Analytics and Ads. This role is crucial in driving targeted engagement and ensuring data-driven marketing decisions.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze lead quality to improve campaign performance
Optimize and execute email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement
Support ongoing email marketing initiatives, including A/B testing and automation
Create and manage marketing campaigns and audience segmentations
Tracking conversion using Google Ads and Google Analytics
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing
Hands-on experience tracking conversions in Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements
Experience in audience segmentation and targeted marketing strategies
Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
Candidates must live in LATAM, Turkey or India
